Purpose

 

 

The CCC/EAPA was established in 1951.  The primary purpose of the association is to better serve the County Commissioners and Engineers of Ohio.

 

Our Purpose is achieved through:

 

* Studying the various duties and procedures pertaining to the offices of the Commissioners and Engineers.

* Providing a clearinghouse of useful information

* Maintaining a well organized and efficient office

* Utilizing current resource and communication options available

* Promoting legislation useful to our primary purpose

* Standardizing procedures and methods

* Advocating the adoption of proper practices and procedures

* Provide a networking systems of information gathering

 

The County Commissioners’ Clerks and Engineer’s Administrative Professionals (CCC/EAPA) is comprised of Ohio County Commissioners and Engineers office staff.

 

The Executive Board meets 4 to 5 times a year at the CCAO/CEAO office building in Columbus, Ohio.  The Board also conducts business meetings during the Summer and Winter CCAO/CEAO conferences.
